It’s Not Too Late to Plan for 2020: Here’s Your Ultimate Guide
Even though the ‘new-ness’ of the new year is wearing off and we’re settling back into the ebbs and flows of our normal day-to-day, we can still infuse a bit of the new year into our lives again. Here’s a guide to refresh your mind and rejuvenate your senses even when you feel like you’ve already fallen back into old habits. Complete it day by day, chunk by chunk, or all at once. There are no rules.
Step 1: Reflect and Revise
The new year is upon us. In fact, we’ve already made a dent in the first year of a new decade. It crept up from the ends of our shortened days and busy lives. A few calendar page flips and it was here.
As with anything new and uncharted, we planners are enamored with plotting our lives. We craft and prepare and ponder. We try to figure out how we can cram 366 days into 365. (And 367 days during leap years like 2020.) But the last month of a year is a busy time and often planning for the month to follow gets thrown to the backburner. Even though we have established ourselves in the new year, we can still turn to reflection and planning to keep ourselves on track.
